Policies

Deposits + Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Your deposit will go towards the total balance. Remaining balance is to be paid in CASH ONLY.

Late Arrival

You have a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, a fee of $10 will be applied to your balance. Anytime longer than 20 minutes will result in the possibility of your appointment being cancelled.

Reschedules & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Additional changes will require a new booking and deposit.

No-Show Policy

No-call, no-show appointments will result in forfeiture to book future appointments.

How should I prep for my appointment?

Please arrive with a clean and moisturized face. Stop all use of any exfoliators at least 7 days prior.

How long do the results last?

Most brow results last up to 2 weeks with proper aftercare

What is a patch test?

A patch test is a small application of product performed prior to treatment to hep identify potential sensitivities or allergic reactions. If you opt-in, you should schedule a patch test at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.

Is there a aftercare process?

Yes, aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your appointment to ensure optimal results.
